Rottnest Island is one of the islands in the world is beautiful and relaxing with no cars on this island. Rottnest Island lies off the coast of Western Australia near Perth. The island was inhabited by Aboriginal people from around 30,000 years ago, until rising sea levels separated the island from the mainland. When the Dutch explored the island in the 17th century the island was uninhabited. Now, this island is a popular tourist destination. Activities that can be done include swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, diving and cycling. Cars are not allowed although there are some bus tours that visit there.
