Volcano Fountain

Volcano Fountain is one of the famous fountain in the world for its beauty. And at that time became one of the places of tourism in Abu Dhabi. This fountain is located on the Corniche, Abu Dhabi, and is surrounded by apartments and buildings on one side and by the Gulf on the other.

80-foot-high fountain was built to resemble a pyramid circle, with the rungs of the four sides of the fountain up the six platforms to the top. In the afternoon, the fountain was turned into perunjukan with colored light while the water flows downward. And this fountain would look most impressive at night.

However, due to large-scale reconstruction of the Corniche, Abu Dhabi Volcano Fountain was destroyed in 2004.
