MAGGI - SOS @ 18300 ft

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><b>MAGGI </b>as we all know is a perfect quick-snack between meals and is liked by all, from children to adult. Never thought it can be such a life saver.<br /><br />After morning breakfast at our Hotel in Nubra Valley during our visit to Ladakh, we set out for Leh which is around 150 kms from Leh City at around 7.30 AM. In the journey, we had to cross the highest motorable pass - <b>Khardung La</b>. After the long journey through the rugged mountain road, we were dead hungry when we reached Khardung la or K-Top as it is called. Needless to mention, Khardung La is at an altitude of 18300 ft. Even in the end of July it was at a temperature of 2-3 degrees or even less when we reached there at about 12 noon. Strangely enough at the entrance of the cafeteria, we could see the History of Maggi and the benefits of drinking Black Tea.
